"It's Time!" EP -- New music under construction!

Patience is not the ability to wait but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting.                   -Joyce Meyers

Hello everyone,

I wanted to give you and update on my new EP.  Orchestrating an EP is an exciting adventure which resembles planning a wedding.  Lots of moving pieces everything from writing music, recording sessions and photo shoots to designing a roll-out campaign and scouting locations for release party.  I am now awaiting cover designs and landing a location for the release party.

Initially I was bummed that I wasn't releasing this work in July but...I believe that all flowers blooms in season so, I am not going to rush the passion, love and time that has gone into this project.

So instead of forecasting a date I will simply say that the "It's Time!" EP is coming your way soon.

In the meantime, check in weekly for new blogs and live music.

Ciao!

Prince Rogers Nelson: Happy Birthday to the Consummate Musician - Born June 7, 1958

"When you don't talk down to your audience, then they can grow with you. I give them a lot of credit to be able to hang with me this long, because I've gone through a lot of changes, but they've allowed me to grow, and thus we can tackle some serious subjects and try to just be better human beings, all of us."  --Prince

Hello Everyone,

Join me in celebrating the life of Prince Roger Nelson!  (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016) multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, record producer, philanthropist, actor and dancer.

Prince inspired me in so many ways: musicianship, singer, artist integrity....I still can't grasp that he is no longer here with us.

My favorite Prince song is "With You" from his first studio album entitled For You, released April 7, 1978.   What's your favorite Prince song?

Here is a list of songs written by Prince but made famous by other people.

I leave you with Prince slaying the audience at the 2004 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Happy Birthday Prince.

Ciao!
